Desert Wind Arabians

Arabians - the Versatile breed...

Upcoming Shows

The blood of the Purebred Arabian horse is found in most all 'light breed' horses.  It was introduced to add refinement, stamina, good bone and feet.  Arabian horses excel at many sports; from Reining to Hunter/ Jumper to Dressage.

Desert Wind Arabians is located on 70 acres of improved pastures between Athens and Corsicana -  just about an hour south of Dallas, Texas. Our farm is dedicated to caring for horses of all breeds and ages.  We offer both full-care and pasture board and care for client's horses with the same love and care as our own.  We specialize in retired horses - love the oldies!  If you're looking for a low key place to ride or just relax with your best equine friend, we have a spot for you!
We currently show in Dressage and Sport Horse division, both within AHA(Arabian Horse Association)and in Open shows with all breeds. Several of our retired horses have titles in Country English Pleasure, another passion of mine, and we're starting on English Trail this year.
We are Blessed to work with Liz Petty of Excel Farm, who does a great job showing and training!
